Do I need a PayPal account to purchase your products?
NO. PayPal will give you the option of setting up an account or you can simply pay using your credit card.
Where do you ship to?
We ship from our web-shop to New Zealand. We also have international distributors in Australia, germany, Hong kong and macau, see here for more details. . However, we understand that the distributors do not stock all of our product range, therefore if you would like to order any other products or from outside these countries please email: info@brokenheartspirits.com
Is there international orders and duty placed on orders to Australia?
If you are expecting an order outside of New Zealand you are liable to pay Duty, if your parcel is picked up by Customs. There is no way to pre-pay duty, and parcels are selected at random. Unfortunately this is completely out of our hands so it is at the purchases risk.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If shipping to a New Zealand address it should take 2-3 working days.
Do orders get processed over the weekend?
Any order made during the weekend or on a public holiday will get processed on the next working weekday. Rest assured your order is very important to us and we want you to get your product as soon as possible.
What is in my gin?
We take pride in the fact that we use totally natural and organic ingredients in our products. Our botanicals and fruits are hand-picked and pressed to bring you the exceptional flavour experience that is Broken Heart Spirits. Because our products are made with natural ingredients, a sediment may occur at times. We assure you that this is completely normal, natural and safe!
Are the Broken Heart products gluten free?
This is a commonly asked question and yes, they are certified Gluten Free.
Are the Broken Heart products vegan?
Another common question and again the answer is yes.
What is your best product?
If you ask us they all are!! However, each spirit has its own unique flavour profile. Check out the individual products on our website for more information on their distinctive tasting notes.
What mixer do you recommend having with my gin?
Everyone has their own preference and so here at Broken Heart we do not like to tell you how to drink your favourite drink. Whether it’s a tonic or a soda or simply on the rocks the choice is yours.
Can I buy your products direct from your distillery in Arrowtown?
unfortunately not. The Distillery is located at the owner’s private residence, so for all purchases pleases visit the following:
