The newest addition to the Broken Heart family; Angel’s Share is a beautiful collector’s edition dry gin.

Each small batch of 300 bottles is unique from the last, where our master distiller carefully assess, adds and makes changes to the wholly pure and natural botanicals which make up this captivating gin.

Inspired by our Original Broken Heart Gin, we are playing with the frontiers of balance.

Batch #5 reflects the stunning summer in Central Otago. By using an extra dash of lemon peel and fresh Seville orange peel combined with rose petals and fresh produce from the Broken Heart garden, we have created the perfect drink to enjoy on those glorious summer days.

Flavour profile – Citrus, floral, fresh, candied, rich, perfumed

Aroma – Floral notes are abundant on the nose with a release of citrus emerging and the fresh ingredients allowing for a smooth finish.

Serving suggestion – Fever Tree refreshingly light tonic with thyme
